This service collects the minimum information needed to verify you're a resident of Constituency No. 14 and to process the requests you submit: your name, mobile number, email, locality, and the details of any issue you report (including photos, where provided).
We do not collect national ID numbers, religion, ethnicity, income, or political affiliation. Information you submit is used only to process and follow up your request, and is not used for political profiling or shared with third parties beyond the authorities relevant to resolving your issue.
